Research Interests
My involvement with
the Shine Lab started by "volunteering" to feed geckos for Sharon Downes,
this sparked an interest in continuing studies and reptiles in general. For
my honours project I studied various aspects of the ecology of koalas in
the Pilliga forests of north-western New South Wales. The following year
I started working for Professor Shine as a Research Assistant. When I'm not
chasing lizards or helping Mel keep up with the day to day running of the
lab I can usually be found at the computer trying to work out new programs
or learn old ones.
