Postgraduate
information
Most students undertaking PhDs support themselves with an Australian
Postgraduate Award (APA). To gain this funding you will usually need
to have first class honours or a good research MSc. Australian funding
is not generally available for overseas students, the International
Office at the University has more details on schemes that do support
international students. Several postgraduates in our group are supported
by industry-based awards (APAI) won in competitive ARC schemes.
