C. Hart Merriam AwardProfessor Chris Dickman is the first Australian to ever receive the prestigious C. Hart Merriam Award for outstanding and sustained research contributions in mammalogy. The prestigious C. Hart Merriam award was announced at the American Society of Mammalogists (ASM) annual meeting in late June 2008.
